Daniel Chacón is a Latino novelist, essayist, editor, teacher and radio host. ==Career== Chacón received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Fresno〔http://latinopoetryreview.blogspot.com/2011/02/fresno-states-first-chicano-student.html〕 and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Oregon. Since 2000, he has taught in the bilingual Master of Fine Arts program at the University of Texas El Paso.〔http://faculty.utep.edu/Default.aspx?alias=faculty.utep.edu/danchacon〕 His writing has appeared in various journals including ''ZYZZYVA, Americas Review, Bilingual Review, Colorado Review, New England Review'', and ''Callaloo''.
